Terrazzo Glorietta for photo shoots and proposals
Description
The Glorietta Terrace at
Villa Monastero can be booked for private photo shoots. Booking is requested
and must be received at least 14 days before the date of the photo shoot.
Registration is required for the booking. Registration can only be made by the person requesting the booking for the photo shooting, the same person will have to make the payment and will receive the corresponding invoice. A copy of a valid identity card or passport must be enclosed with the booking request.
A fee is charged for photo shoots on the Glorietta Terrace. The fee allows entry for 2 persons and max. 2 staff members (e.g. photographers/videographers/wedding planners/make-up artists), in addition to the Villa Monastero staff.
Warnings:
- the access to the Glorietta Terrace is allowed to 2 people and max.4 staff members and to the Villa Monastero staff
- a maximum of 4 people can stay on the bridge connecting to the Villa
- it is forbidden to lean on the stone balustrades and on the metal banisters
- it is forbidden to place any object on the stone balustrades and on the metal banisters
- decorations/arrangements and music are not allowed
It is possible to request the exclusive use of the Glorietta Terrace on the first floor for a photo shoot or proposal during opening time: the rate is €1.300 (VAT included) for each hour of use.
Pre-payment is required and in case of withdrawal penalties will be applied.

The data controller is the Province of Lecco with registered office in Piazza Stazione n.4 - 23900 Lecco.
The purposes of the processing are:
- collection and management of data for the management of requests, from users, for the use of spaces at Villa Monastero in Varenna (LC) owned by the Province of Lecco for conferences, events, ceremonies, educational activities
- requests for the production of photographic services and audio/video recordings in the aforementioned spaces
Rights of the interested parties:
Data subjects may assert their rights at any time and where possible, in particular with reference to the right of access to personal data, as well as the right to obtain their rectification or restriction, updating and deletion, and also with reference to the right to data portability and the right to object to processing, unless there is a legitimate reason of the Data Controller that overrides the interests of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court. To exercise these rights, they may contact the Data Controller or the Data Protection Officer at the contact addresses given above.
The data provided are prescribed by the provisions in force for the proceedings for which they are requested and will be used exclusively for this purpose.
In consideration of the potential presence of third parties inside Villa Monastero in conjunction with the photographic service, the undersigned undertakes to observe, in respect of such third parties, all the prescriptions provided for by the legislation on the protection of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 ss.mm.ii). To this end, the undersigned will be responsible for the preparation of the relevant information on the processing of personal data and, if necessary, of the releases for the use of the images.
The undersigned further declares that the photographs and filming will be taken solely for private, non-commercial use.
